[ Filling out an Application Form for Enrollment & Getting an Invoice about the Study Costs ]

You can click the icon named "Filling out an application form for enrollment" on the first page of the official website or the link below.

▶ Go to the page to fill out an application form for enrollment

After submitting it, English Drs Academy will send an invoice to you about all the costs so it's important to write your email address correctly on the application form. The invoice can be sent within a day (only weekdays) after it is given.

[ Confirming an Invoice & Paying for the Admission Fee ]

You can confirm all the costs, which should be paid before departure and after arrival, in the invoice sent to you through email. Also, you need to check the details of your study program & period, type of dormitory room, gender, and everything else printed on it. After looking it over, when you decide to study in English Drs Academy, you can send the admission fee (USD 100) to the specified account written on your invoice. If English Drs Academy confirms your deposit (about your enrollment fee), it will officially approve your enrollment and the certificate of acceptance will be sent through e-mail.
* The admission fee (USD 100) is not refundable when you cancel your plan so it would be better to send the money after carefully deciding to study with us for sure.

[ Preparation for a Flight Ticket ]

After having a consultation with an EDA staff, you can set the date for your flight and purchase.
To schedule your pick-up service, inform us or your flight schedule one (1) week before arrival.

[ Insurance for overseas students or travelers ]

If you are not staying in your home country, it might be better to have an insurance for overseas students (or travelers) because you cannot get medical benefits at all in other countries.

[ Paying for study costs ]

You should pay for the study costs (except the admission fee which you already paid for) 2 weeks before your departure date. (Please send the specified account written on your invoice and after paying for it, you can check your record of deposit on the main page of our official website.)

[ Information about departure ]

Before leaving for Davao City, we will send you some necessary information related to your departure. Also we will check your condition of preparation, caution you about your departure, etc... by phone or email (In case of staying abroad) 1 day or 2 days before the departure date. If you arrive at Davao Airport, you can meet an EDA manager at a meeting place and go back to English Drs Academy together by van. (about 5-minute distance)
